Mark O. Midani
Mark O. Midani has been practicing law in Texas since 1991. Since being licensed, Midani has focused primarily on the representation of individuals victimized by negligence.
Midani and his associates have represented individuals and families against large corporations in wrongful death cases, catastrophic personal injuries and employment matters.
Midani has built a strong reputation of aggressive and zealous representation of his clients from the pre-litigation of a case through trial and appeal. Midani has successfully tried cases to juries in both state and federal courts.
He has successfully represented clients at all levels of state courts, including the First Court of Appeals, Fourteenth Court of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court.

Midani is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Galveston Bar Association, Fifth Circuit Bar, American Association for Justice (f/k/a American Trial Lawyers’ Association), Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts in Texas.
